Time: 3pm

Venue: Not Applicable, because everyone's supposed to meet at JE to buy food first

Cost: $10/head (tentative. if there's full attendance there'll be lower cost. Economy of scale eh? :D)

Dress Code: Normal clothes. (Do not come in im-gona-watch-a-concert clothes, neither should you come naked)

i was thinking, instead of whining endlessly to emily/jolene (who have eventually come to the conclusion that the best policy towards me is to ignore) about organising a 2B outing, i should just do it myself :D
anyway who can forget the capabilities of our dearestestest first generation chairperson right :D

i dont know about you guys, but jc life/people have been quite different, especially everytime i look back at and compare it with Our Regime.

like, how we had different stupid cliques and still able to mix so well;

how lijie always make weishuen and birdflu to copy numourous articles from 少年文摘 for twenty times;

how irene (when she was still the chairperson) was caught by Ms Ek for being the one to make noise when she was seen singing 煎熬 and was on her highest note when our principal strolled in;

how TGL managed to piss our entire class off, and us guailan-ing her by drinking water non-discreetly together at the same time on yeapie's whistle, only because she says it's only right to drink water discreetly, or at least (in her favourite terms) 'pretentiously';

how junjie almost set the kitchen on fire, and how yanting cried when she was going to be his home econs partner;

how emily always tells stupid 'bruise lee' and 'bookworm' jokes which nobody (okay fine, except me) laughs at;

how the bra-snapping game started, how irene went around snapping everybody else's, thinking she's safe because 'im wearing the pull-over kind what can yall do about me ahaha' and then shike shibin and i pressed her onto the floor and pulled out her 'pull-over' from under her uniform, looking like we were raping her, and getting szekiat weishuen and birdflu standing at a side, fully entertained;

how we used to travel to east coast for bbq and making so much noise in the train that we talked super loudly about how we're dunman high students;

...

it just goes on, the list.

and we know, no matter how different we are - spastic, nerdy, crazy, emo, violent, vulgar, unglam, act cute, bimbotic ...
we just accept each other the why we are(:

come on people, let's revive one of our sugarcandy-mountain days,
get a day off from the hypocracy of the pre-adult world, and be our childlike selves - whom we still are, deep inside.

i can only say,
to emily&eunice, YOUR LOST!
it felt so so so like 2b today &we just totally went mad
&it's like back to sec2 year!you know,
with shibin's kuku actions &all.

&irene was like, "ohmygod i've never seen jolene talking so excitedly before!"
talking about the power of class love ;p

it was like, 2 years ago! :D :D

well &for the movie,i guess it all depends on who you watch with
&also the atmosphere of the theater.
yea luh and of course, how good is the movie luh.
it's not that bad really, if you ask me,
considering the fact that that book is SO THICK and the genius director squeezed it into a 2-hours-and-12-minutes show.
just dont expect too much, then you wont be too disappointed(:
shall not mention more, in case you're going to watch.
(actually i bet all of you will go and watch, knowing that you'll not like it, but still go and watch it anyway. RIGHT. see i know you people so well :D)

jolene's story:

they shouldn't call it harry potter and the order of the phoenix.it should be harry potter and the fat pink professor.

so they say, it's an "adaptation".still, for a person who has read the book and relished every alphabet of it, the movie is quite a disappointment. i mean, the book is 766 pages long and chronicles the fifth year of school at hogwarts and the start of harry's love life. 132 minutes is as short as the fourth movie was long. the movie was so brief, it barely skimmed the surface of the book. take away all the action and faniciful stuff (read: the spectacular scene of glass bits) and you're left with nothing more that voldermort's soul. he doesn't have one but if he does, it's cold and just plain emotionless.

allow me to grumble:

ron and hermione became gryffindor prefects! but that's not shown in the movie. i seriously think ron should get a bigger role, and not as the wallpaper behind harry.

where's the quidditch?
where's the pratical examinations for OWLS?
where's the sorting hat's new song?

i don't like the actress playing cho chang.the kissing scene, all of which lasted 27 seconds, was FLAT. no sparks, no nothing, just two teenagers smooching awkwardly. it seems that daniel radcliffe was trying his best to emote but cho chang was as stiff as a rock. harry must as well kissed a dementor, and i wouldn't have cared.
coming to think of it, i want to see the scene of harry breaking up with cho chang. she wouldn't knew what hit her.

too little screentime for the professors!
umbridge: it says here that you have applied for the post of the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher when you first came to hogwarts.
snape: yes..
umbridge: and you didn't get it?
snape: -in a ms dora lee peeved look and tone- obviously.

just like that. if you blinked your eye at that moment you'd have missed it; everything was so quick it was void of emotion.

where's the essence?

luna lovegood was well, good. awesome, really.

and anyway, the movie drew parallel with life now and it was freaky.
i didn't need to be reminded of the Os, and feel guilty of watching a movie instead of mugging away. the crisp british accents made OWLS sound like Olevels, and halfway through the movie i wanted to just take out my chem tys and complete it all.
professor umbrige really resembles ... (editor: our dearest form teacher, duh)
never mind.
which was uber horrific.

this movie proves that imagination is still the best 8)

irene's story:

okayy, and harry potter was not exactly nice, not rly up to expectations lahh but then again its the ppl you watch wif that matters. had a "mini" twob gathering aka go watch harry potter. totally hilarious and irritating sitting in btw szekiat and xiaoxi ! hilarious cos szekiat can luff at anything and he lags ! and irritating cos xiaoxi keeps on reaching to sk's seat for the drink. and the super niao sk asked me pay him for the popcorn when i was kind enuf to polish it off for him as he was full. some gentleman ehh ? it was also the first time in the four yrs i've known jolene ng that she can be sooooo talkative ! stunned !

shibin's story:

just went to watch harry potter the oreder of phoenix with my LOVELY 2B friends. stayed back after sch to wait for the others involved in the speech day rehearsal. did hmk outside the library. theres quite a nice place. alot of wind. except coz today is a cca day. alot of marching commands. yea but i think i was sort of immune to the sounds and can concentrate. then waited for everyone to be done with their respective stuff and headed to vivo. the show was not bad i felt. there were a few parts very funny. professor snape reminds me of my english teacher. LOL. then i hate e woman who acted as e headmaster after they accused dumbedore[okae sorry but i forget how to spell their names le.] she damn disgusting. after tt we went to pastamania to have our dinner. chatted. haha back to the old times when we crap like nobody's buisness. we did stupid things together. at least i feel that we are still close and somehow e same. I LOVE ALL OF THEM!!!

jus read ALL the sarcastic/touching/farnie/post-for-fun posts for the past 2 yrs &irene officially declares that she lurves 2b foreva. haha thats not the main point. well if u can find time, do read thru them. i was sorta reminded of those things that happened in our 2yrs as a cls &foreva a cls. i miss the times we sarcaed our dearest ever form teacher MRS TAN GEOK LIAN. cheers for making our life in 2006 wonderful &memorable. i believe all fellow 2b peeps get my point rite?? &&of course with fantastic classmates like all of you. its YOU that make year 2005 &06 the bestest memory of my life. now that 2006 is cuming to an end, we'll be upgraded to senior citizens nxt yr &i believe we'll step into a new phase of life. alrite thats so cliche. yah my point is, i'll be sad to leave arhwae not becos of the skool but frens like u guys. i vividly rmb how u guys changed me since the dae i stepped into secondary skool life. to be frank, im rly reluctant or rather, afraid to move on to sec4. i noe it'll be a yr of suffering &mugging then leaving arhwae. i noe it'll be diff ever since i stepped into 3b'06 cos life wun be as carefree as b4. i wanna thank all of u for accompanying me thru this 2yrs &stay in touch. frens foreva !

have not been posting since last year.

i am currently muggin with stacks of notes of fat reference books surrounding me. suddenly, i raised up my head that was burried in the pile of notes and looked at the 2b family photo right in front of me. all the crazy memories just flashed past my mind SUDDENLY and i immediately went to dig my drawer for the small part of that photo 'cause i was afraid it would just disappear suddenly. i loooked through all the letters that i received last year and i came to read the blog. so i decided to blog.

'cause TWOBEE rocks and i miss every single one of you like CRAZY! and the times we had together. some were happy, some were sad but they were all real. haha. MEMORIES are the only thing that can last forever. ((:

erm... that quality jolene mentioned. im suspecting insanity, but its hard to tell when youre all inside of it. that was us spending about 90% of our free time with each other, slacking around, coming up with wierd things to stun the world with...

now, heck. even if we dumped 90% of our free time in, thats about 9 minutes. guess who is the one here who hates sec 3 schedules?

now, insanity goes to rest. we are the seniors, we are in charge, in control, in need to control ourselves as well to make sure that everyone is doing well. even if we dont like it, its our obligation to do it, for the success of the future batches to come, for the seniors of ours who did the same for us.

its lonely at the top, forget the view. im at the top here also, and this is the view i get. imagine, everytime something screws up or someone comes to you with yet another problem, all you would think of is

"i want to go back down to their level"

in the end, the stuff gets done, but all you would feel tired, weakened, burdened. to quote Tongo, "each day you're gasping for breath (*acts like fish out of water), you know what i mean?"

what a nice leader i am man. you ppl dont have to mention this to anyone outside, i suppose you would feel the same as well.

and jo, at least take comfort in that cosine75 has the possibility of becoming like 2boh5... if only we had that period of slack time to work with.... ah well
and oh, i couldnt spend much time on heritage day. sorry =S

i guess it's just too many things that happened recently and the world's getting too complicated [like szekiat said] for us, or rather, for me. all these stupid cliche is making me sick to the uppermost top and falling to the deepest valley, and up and down, and up and down again; until a point where i just have to stop and get off the sickening track because im going to throw up soon. and then later i realise that the only thing, but the thing that brought so, so much impact, is the people whom im taken that ride with. they laughed with me when it went up, teared with me when it went down, tried to get hold of me when i was falling off. and then poof, when suddenly i just have to be gone, they're gone with the wind, too. no it's not that they abandons. they dont. have you ever watched a roller coaster ride which the people on it screams laughs cries and drops their slippers, and then u stand below, ur mood changes with theirs, but it's just that no matter what happens, you cant go up there with them anymore.

arg nevermind about whatever im blabbering about.

so during this period of extremely depressing time, when everyone of us here looks at how there is a power struggle in ur own cca as the old steps down, new takes over; how many of us so disheartened and disappointed; how many of us lost that passion that you know you used to have, people, this is part of life.
i know it's really beautiful to just take out the photo albums and flip it through remembering the fun and innocent old times when all we do is to laugh and joke and play and confide in each other all day long, so simple, no complicates, no struggle, no worries. but no, whatever that happened had happened and past, and now it's time to accept the harsh reality that crashes so harsh and so real, down the spines of each and every one of us here. this is the pain of growing up, and is the fun. this is when we learn to accept the things that we say 'wahlao fuck off' to, and take on responsibilities.
no, we dont be depressed by whatever that is the reality. u dont hate your life. u do whatever u can that will change the situation even though u dont expect it to make that big a significance. that is called hope. and without hope, the heart of this world dies.

when you get really really tired, just remember, that there is this place that's a neverland to all of us here and it's called a home, twobohfive. preserve it like a dream that u need when u're just so drained, knowing that it will be here and always here whenever you need. beacuse when all of us talk about 2B, we are the us whom we were in 2B and that never changes no matter how we're shaped into now. never. and with dreams there is hope, with hope, there is happily ever after.

THE ONLY REASON THIS BLOG EXISTS IS FOR JOLENE TO MOAN AND GROAN ABOUT HOW SHE LOVES TWOB OH5.

there is just this quality in our damn class that i can't seem to find in my current secthree class, and i bet the rest of you people don't either.

the fact that we use to snap each other's bra strap and pull down each other's pants, holler and giggle and squirt water out of nike bottles, make a fool out of ourselves, throw sanitary pads all around without the guys wincing, everyone being so comfortable with everyone else, and mostly, enjoying it.
can you do that in your current class w/o being classified as a nuiscance and downright irritating?

and for that, it's priceless.

okay, the past two years have been like a replay of kindergarten.
we were all playmates who didn't give a hoot. don't tell me you didn't have the time of your life in 2Boh5.
it's just so innocent and pure lah, coming to think of it.
we were so comfortable with each other and everything was no strings attatched.

which is why everything seems so complicated and complex now.

planning of my class's heritage day thing was hell man.
lack of communication, minimal enthusiasm and initiative. most of everything twoB was not.

and all that time i was thinking back to how we guys used to plan things. everything turned out fabulously successful. we were the ones who created the coloured cellophane lights. and who could ever forget LALALAND?
everyone had wonderful ideas back and forth. everyone helped.
no stupid questions, everyone understood.
like, we got this mutal understanding that goes beyond words.

i know i declare that my secthree class rocks.
but it's no where near this class.

later walk along orchard other people think it's a brand new brand against the saturated market of billabong, ripcurl and roxy. people stop you on the streets with a catalogue and ask "girl/boy ah, where is this twobohfive (pronounced by the auntie : too-boh-fi-ve) shop? i walk all the way from wistma to heeren and i can't find it. wah, it even has xl size to fit me leh!"

(: ur ex chairperson here. I miss 2b so much, our spirit & bond everyth.. looking 4ward to june 17th (: . i'm choosing to stay in s'pore becos of it!
but. i feel smth v weird, dunno if i shd say anot.. well, it's like besides xiaoxi and all other ppl shd take the initiative to get 2b tgt . I don't know.. ppl fr other classes say their impression of the Most united class(last year) is 2b. We are like very bonded and Enthu.
But this yr, we like jie3 san4 very fast. How many outings did we have this year? The most united class, becomes so dull so fast. Haiya, actually I also don't know what I want to say. haha :) i think we are improving and maybe there is nth wrong. But..
hope we can have more outings. Is it just a pretense or what? If you have any feelings, pls comment(: I mean let's all just TALK! We can do it! & jiayou jiayou jiayou! Happy June hols! ~ =D

harlo..dis is mi first entry..somehow, tho its onli the com tts here, i feel sorta funny..anxious ya noe? i dunnoe wad has happened to us...we seem to be drifting apart..loads...sometimes we even ignore one another when we walk past someone frm 2b. has it really come true? like wad we predicted? i dunnoe but theres no doubt tt we hav pledged ourselves for our new classes..i'm not trying to like act sentimental or wad..but its jus sth tt happened todae tt made me hav da urge to blog suddenly..i'm god damn sure tt i'll not be feeling dis way if we were still in twob..todae, i was collecting claz fund in 3b..yup. then as the usual me, i was trying to ap janice..then as she turned around i like tried to act farnie again. i raised my leg, and wanted to kick her. then perhaps due to the dust on the floor or my worn-off shoes, i slipped..and fell as usual..like i sliped on a bannana skin. the whole class certainly saw me..yahh..then everyone laughed and yyc was like trying to imitate my fall. janice came over to help me up. i dunnoe wat came over me..my face jus turned bright red..i admit i hav done many many silly and foolish things in twob every single dae..but i hav not felt embarrassed b4. sincerely..i dunnoe wad has become of this class and wad is wrong wif me..and i noe u certainly care..can someone ans me??

this year has been a series of unfortunate events for your class.
(notice this is in a formal tone)

firstly
about the rise in death rates in your class.
statistics have shown that only recently in your new venue has the mortality rates of birds, bees and cockroaches dipped to an all time low.
this can only show that your previous location has bad fengshui.

secondly
you lot have since seen about five lit teachers, three maths teachers and three chinese teachers come, stay and go.
this leads me to talk about the frequent replacement of (especially) your literature teachers.
like the defence against the dark arts subject in the harry potter series, it seems that literature in 2B is apparently cursed.
only no-one stayed for a year.
most just come into class, barely warmed the teacher's seat and left.
WHY? blame it on the fengshui.

thirdly
you struck a gold mine and have one of the two only home-econs teachers as a form.
do YOU get what i mean?
the teachers faculty has plenty of manpower.
but like a lucky draw, you won top prize.

so as a fengshui master i have pondered over the suay and came to a conclusion.

Woohooz...a brand new term yehs? Today was a cool day manx..had clifton soh's lesson today..and he was telling us all bout energy..and all bout solids, liquids and wad the heck..ahahaz..was boring but he always manages to make science fun.
Then there was the zhong lao shi..He's cool but kinda lame and ugghh...i dun knoe..we shld give him a achance yea, but I juz got a bad feeling bout him..like he's gonna be evil soon...Haix...
